Room size was ok.

After booking through booking.com, i received 4-5 calls for payment of room.charges wherein it was clearly mentioned that room charges to be paid after reporting. I was forced to pay 50% of room charges. After reporting around 12:30 am, Staff called me around 2 am for payment of balance amount. Screenshot of payment attached. No towel, soap etc provided. I left my 3 towels in room and when later on i contacted staff, they denied having left towels. In all experience was worst.

The staffs are mannerless .The room is dirty with dirty bed sheets. No towels, toiletries available. The tea they told are from their side but charged money when checking out.As we have bus at 8 pm, we sat there for 1 hour and they said go out you can’t sit here.

Value for money.
