Loved everything about stay and location

Adorable comfortable cosy secure apartment with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Walking distance to supermarkets, window shopping, cafes and restaurants. Despite the heavy peak time traffic we always managed to find street parking nearby. Grateful there was a lift in the building. Great and timely communication with host.

Absolutely make sure you know exactly which apartment you are renting as there are two. We believed they both had separate bedrooms from the description. but this is not the case. one apartment is just a small one room studio with a tiny tiny kitchen area. No separate bedroom. And nothing like the photos. The window looked out onto a brick wall. so no view at all. There was no space in the kitchen part to even slice a loaf of bread. There were only a few bits of cutlery and very old. You had to do everything on the small table. The hot water system was inadequate and couldn't even cope with 2 short showers. and it took an hour to reheat. We were totally disappointed and decided to vacate the property as it was just depressing. We asked for a refund but owner refused. We eventually got 50% refunded by contacting booking.com who were very helpful. We found a beautiful spacioys apartment just down the road from this one in the same price range. Be careful when booking.

Everything was disappointing. falsely advertised as a one bedroom unit. when it was really a studio unit.

Very well equipped and clean. Close to the beach. The host was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this property.

Apartment in a location which made us feel part of the community, not very touristy but we liked it. Everything to hand and well equipped, even has a washing machine and detergent to freshen up your clothes and an ironing board and iron if needed. Small kitchenette enabled us to make our own breakfast and you could actually make a meal if you didn't want to eat out. Everything was spotless. Plenty of shower gel and shampoo, plenty of clean towels. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Extra bedding in wardrobe but wasn't needed as it was too hot during our stay. The host has put a information board in the corridor which is useful for where to eat and taxi numbers etc. The Apartment is quite central for shops, supermarkets, cafe restaurants etc, there's a good pizzeria right opposite and place is within walking distance to bus stops, train and beaches. An enjoyable comfortable stay and the host Ale made good communication to ensure you have a good experience. We would definitely come back and glad we found this as it was very good value and met all our needs for our stay.

Apartment was on third floor, lots of steps it was not much lighting at night-time but there is a lift which we used in dark hours. The Apartment is on Via Posidonia a busy road but the double glazed windows keep out the noise.
