Locations is good. But the property was not good.

It’s not worth it. It’s purely cheating. Saying luxury resorts and have only 1 villa that’s bad. Building is too old every were cracked toilets seats are very old and not clean. When we mentioned to the host then they change the seats for the toilets. Kitchen wall are also black and moulded. Saying pool villa and pool is not clean. When we check with the staff he said it’s bird poo. $1000 bugs for this building really not worth. That the reason we just stayed only 1 day and then we left for another hotel to stay.

The fridge was conveniently packed with a bag of ice which was nice. The pool was beautiful and the property was pretty well exactly what we saw in the photos. The maids (Putu and Made) were very friendly and attentive and the manager (Komang) was quick to respond to any issues that we had. The pickup from the airport and the drop off at the end of our stay were handled very efficiently by Agus. The massage shop across the road was good and much cheaper than those located on the main streets. We also took great advantage of the delivery service from the restaurant around the corner. There was a menu in the villa and food was cheap and tasty.

We had some issues with the Wi-Fi connection to the TV, but this was sorted quickly by the staff. The furniture is comfortable enough but does take up a lot of room in the dining/lounge area. I think this could be better arranged.

Clean and comfortable in a very convenient location. Villa staff (and BoBo the cat) were always friendly and helpful. We loved chatting with them.

Lots of outside noise at night, but we were aware of this from other reviews. Brought earplugs with us and these enabled us to sleep comfortably.

The villa has no comfortable seating area to relax. Only has a very large uncomfortable dining table in a very small dark space inside The only lounge type area is a hard Bali style seat for 2 people. There is 2 old day beds and 2 old 1/4 filled bean bags outside that are too big to take inside.. Facilities have such a small living area that no lounge will fit and we had to rent our own furniture to make the stay more comfortable. The villa is also on a very busy side street that has scooters going past all night making lots of noise and you can hear all the clubs until 3am every day.

The Villa is very beautiful and so are the rooms on the ground levels... The kitchen facilities are excellent... Bathrooms are very aesthetic and loved the design The housekeeper helped in organising floating breakfast for us.. Overall a good place and centrally located to markets and restaurants...

The bedroom upstairs wasn't comfortable in sleeping as the AC wasn't effective and couldn't keep the room cool and hence couldn't get proper sleep.
