Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Zona muy silenciosa, genial para descansar. Pasan muchas líneas de transporte a una cuadra. En la esquina hay un supermercado. El dueño estuvo atento a todo. Nos permitió realizar el check in antes del horario.

Estar numa zona central, a cerca de 10/15 minutos a pé no máximo, dos principais monumentos. Zona extremamente segura.

Falta uma torradeira, a janela da casa de banho não fecha totalmente, e a localização, apesar de numa zona calma, o bar ao fim da rua faz com que as pessoas no fim da noite acabem por vir para as arcadas que continuam até à nossa casa e depois, não só no caminho para casa e talvez uma paragem para algo mais, assim como para as usarem, uma vez sem possibilidade de serem filmadas, como casa de banho.

"Perfect!"

The apartment is really cozy and nice. We will definitely choose it again for another stay. It has all the amenities you need, whether for a short or long visit. The location is perfect. Most importantly, the owner is very helpful — he asked what we needed, provided anything that was missing, and even helped us store our luggage so we could enjoy the city without any hassle.

"Lovely apartment in a great location."

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our night in Bologna. Location was amazing, in the centre but not too hectic. The apartment was lovely, great air con and really comfortable. We were able to check in early for €7 and check out late for €10. The host was helpful and communicative. We would stay here again and will recommend to any friends going to Bologna.

Great place to stay in Bologna, positioned in the city centre, but in the quiet street. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, and Giuseppe was very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely try to book La casa di Bea the next time we come to Bologna.

Everything was great, no dislikes.
