3 Ocean Breeze

Location for remote getaway is great especially since we had access to a fairly private beach. The nearest mall is about 10-15min drive but there is a small shopping centre about 1km away (walking distance).

It is an old building so there is some maintenance that could be done to the property. But if you're not fussy about modern amenities then this place is suitable.

Close to the beach and the security staff were exceptional

Very close to the beach and the pool was clean. Overall the area is nice and quiet.

Our TV broke and it wasn't replaced while we were there. Fortunately I had brough my wifi router and the kids were sufficiently entertained.

Loved the beach access and that it's nearby shop.

There is no lounge, and the shower messes a lot of water on to the floor while showering in the bath.

The is a long review but all the facts are stated below note this is what happened and I am just letting others know: We that's myself my wife and daughter , we booked out as it was my daughter 27th birthday and she (my daughter) wanted to spend time with family and have lunch together and my only brother his wife and his 12 years old daughter came, then my second family was my cousin , just husband & wife only ,security said we are not allowed more than 2 visitors and the security was very strict , the security escorted my cousin & wife to the flat number 3 which we booked & waited by the door saying it's time to go time is up ,you finished say hello ,it's time to go ...now I even offered to pay for the extra person/s and the security bluntly refused ,I pleaded but sadly to no avail and he (the security guy ) contacted someone and they said this is not allowed ( max 2 visitors per booking) and even I called the property manager with no answer to my numerous calls to try and resolve this matter but no response whatsoever ,my family was escorted out of the property like criminals ,the security refused them to even stay more than 5 minutes ,I understand they are employed and doing their job but guys like this, they demanded my family to leave or they were to call the Secuity company and have them thrown out if they don't leave immediately, we booked the weekend at Ocean breeze not knowing we not allowed more than 2 visitors(if this was known I would never have booked this weekend at Ocean breeze ) and we all had to leave the premises to go elsewhere to be with family...sadly we packed whatever we needed and took the family to another location just to spend time together ,Is this fair.... after so many years of been apart, just some social time together with family was this too much to ask from Ocean breeze management & security.... We will definitely will never ever book at Ocean breeze every again never ever ...

Every bit off the experience was great.

Place needs wifi and perhaps smart tvs for viewing

Beds were terrible pillows was horrific bedding was terrible tap fell off in the bath shower would stay up drain from the top floor was right in front of our patio the top floors peoples egg shells was floating in front of us the whole day then dried but it was more than egg shells the permanent residents gave no privacy to guests

The apartment was in desperate need of renovation. Security gates are rusted, Air vents didn't close properly. The cupboards had seen better days and, as I was self catering, the utensils were inadequate. The external walls were crumbling and some of the electrics were dangerously bodged. Also. The TV remote stopped working (it was eventually replaced with one that worked), Satellite didn't work most of the time, I found the bed uncomfortable and woke most mornings with a stiff back and I think the microwave should be replaced, because it was rusting.
