Расположение удобное, все основные объекты находятся в пешей доступности. В апартаментах было достаточно всего необходимого для комфортного проживания.
В апартаментах было немного шумно из-за близости проезжей части, а также кафе, расположенного под окнами, где живая музыка звучала до полуночи, что затрудняло засыпание.
