Nous avons essayé d’écourter le séjour car mon mari a eu un accident de moto et qu’il a dû être hospitalisé. L’hôtel a catégoriquement refusé de nous rembourser les jours où nous allions manquer. Pas même une partie, 1000 euros de perdu. Sans aucune empathie ni compréhension. La situation était grave et ceci est inhumain. Nous avions également un certificat médical comme preuve. Ce moment étant déjà très difficile nous sommes complètement choqué par le manque d’empathie de cet hôtel…
