"Exceptional"

What a lovely weekend. The only problem was is that we should have stayed for longer. Definitely, will be going back. I'm even contemplating purchasing my own van.

We decided to go to one of the restaurants on site and waited an hour and a half for our food. However, when the food did arrive it was delicious.

"Uncomfortable beds and little sleep didn’t make for a pleasant stay."

The location was good. Initially the caravan looked really good. Coordinating colours, big shower and looked clean.

Not sure the beds had been changed for our arrival. All very crumpled and didn’t smell clean. Rubbish under single beds, beds were so uncomfortable didn’t get much sleep. Shower head is so far against the wall and you can’t angle it so you are pressed up against the hose to get any water. Shower doesn’t drain. Makes for a very slippery encounter. Loads of crumbs over sofas. No toaster. Crockery and cutlery very dirty. Had to wash the items we needed before use. Garden furniture dirty.

"All in all a lovely break."

I liked the balcony to sit on in the morning with a cup of tea. The tv had a variety of programmes. Double bed was comfy

The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable. This isn’t regarding the property but the grass cutting on a wet day brought grass everywhere and was forever brushing up, including the balcony. Just to let the owners know

Great location, pretty much central to everything on and off site. Very well equipped with everything and more. Well kept and nicely presented.

Nothing to dislike at all - although I would say, it might help to know the fairground is quite close. The fair had no impact whatsoever on our stay as it was out of season and closed, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
