The place is newly refurbished. It is truly 20 steps to the beach, beach view unobstructed. The place is clean and looks exactly like in pics. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice-sized bathroom, good facilities in the unit, washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, iron & ironing board, broom, etc. Lots of hangers in the built-in wardrobes. Hassle free check-in. Swimming pool is small but good for kids. We are free to use the gym and games room too. Reasonable amount of channels on tv. As long as you're driving, the place is a good escape from the usual city stuff.

The common bathroom did not have a water heater when I stayed, i hope it is installed already by now. The aircon in the 2nd bedroom is the best one, guess cos it's daikin 😄 and the rest of the hse is a local brand (i think). Can be a bit warm as there are 3 of us in the master bedroom, but manageable. I suggest that clothes hooks are installed in both bedrooms, behind the doors would be good place. As this unit will likely be taken by families or groups, need more place to hang clothes & items. Dining tables n chairs are light and too highly movable, maybe stick better quality non-slip pads on them.

The Resort location is great, beautiful beach view from the balcony. Excellent hospitality. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped with all essentials.

No internet connectivity or wifi in room. They still in installation progress.
