"Beautiful wee house in the centre of Tain"

Quirky wee house. 5 minutes to the centre , 5 minutes to the supermarket and across the road to the nearest pub. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Another small sofa or a couple of chairs in the living room would make it more homely. Maybe a couple more pots and pans, wine and whisky glasses would be better, but that’s being picky!

Everything! From the outstanding restoration of a heritage building to the complimentary, sympathetic furnishings and colour scheme. In short, our stay was what memories are made of.

"Exceptional"

Amazing restoration and decor. Hosts only 10 min away if needed .Across the road to a local pub and a short walk to cafe etc. Beautiful and glad we spent 2 nights,would have been more if time allowed. Private parking at rear a big bonus.

"Great base to explore the highlands"

Unique property that feels very special. Super comfortable bed and great kitchen making most of its size.

Nicer towns than Tain in immediate vicinity but property made up for it
