At last minute the host changed the accommodation giving a poor excuse of he’d got a long term tenant moving in. The accommodation wasn’t anywhere near as good as what we’d originally chosen, if we hadn’t had things booked we’d definitely would have cancelled. Very disappointed and we will think twice about booking through you again.
GBProperty was tired looking. Carpet in living room badly marked also marks on the walls. Sofa was very low to get in and out of. Mattress dipped in middle. Bathroom was cold even with radiator on. Shower water pressure was poor which meant i couldn't wash my long hair. Sound proofing wasn't good between apartments. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend to friends.

AUThe location was fabulous and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment claimed to be luxurious. The carpet was grubby, the sofa uncomfortable and the plates, glasses cups etc were rationed so you had to continually wash the crockery to have enough. There was no welcome pack and limited toiletries.
GBGBGreat location for visiting Windsor Pub down the road does excellent food Would definitely stay here again
