Location brilliant - walking distance to the main attractions and beach. Living area and kitchen brilliant. Outdoor space great. Facilities at Seal Bay are great. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at restaurants.

Cove pass to access entertainment was expensive at £45 a person for three nights. We only used this for one toddler show and to swim once (where it wasn't actually checked). Even with the pass, still had to pay extra for the gym (£10 a day) and toddler swim session £6.50. It can become a very expensive stay if not careful. Not a fault of the host - this is the Seal Bay pricing and approach. No space in bedroom for toddler travel cot so sleeping was tricky but not a fault of the host. Shame the bedrooms aren't slightly bigger.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Regal caravan in Seal Bay Resorts, Selsey, and had a fantastic time! The caravan itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a short getaway. It had everything we needed and felt like a real home-from-home. One of the best things about our stay was the location. The caravan was just a stones throw away from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy early morning strolls and sunset views without the hassle of driving. It was also very conveniently located near the entertainment complex and leisure facilities, including the swimming pool — ideal for families or anyone looking to make the most of the resort. We found everything well-organized and easy to access, and the atmosphere throughout the park was lively but relaxed. Whether we were exploring the local area or just enjoying time in and around the caravan, it was a thoroughly enjoyable break. Would definitely recommend the Regal caravan at Seal Bay Resorts for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun seaside escape!

Great location to beach and super fenced veranda with great seating. Great Wi-Fi with super TV. Lots of games to play in the evenings too. Also, loved the bunny rabbit theme.

Just the sofa covers needed a wash.
