"Very unpleasant property with an even more unpleasant owner/ renter"

I rented the house for four days, on the second day the house ran out of water, I contacted the owner and she’s wrote back with a photo of a letter sent by the water department to her stateting that water services where going to be shut off for that particular day ( day #2 of my stay) I was of course upset and asked what she planned to do about it, she pretty much washed her hands to the matter and said it wasn’t her fault, I had no option but to ask for a refund so I could look for another property, and with a fake face she agreed. Its been a few emails back and forward with booking.com and so far no response from owner to make reimbursement. I hope this review reaches a lot of people before they fall for it like I did.
