Nothing, it had all the facilities we required including kitchen

Modern and nice furnishings. Management did respond to complaints on two occasions. Really close to the hospital, which was perfect for work, also free parking.

The other residents that were there played extremely loud music on my first night there until early hours. This stopped after I complained to management. But the noise of residents running up and down stairs all night was loud. The smell of cigarettes and cannabis was so strong near the front door - plus the front was littered with cigarette butts and rubbish. Residents would spend time sat on the front door and were quite intimidating, shouting at their dog, to the point I felt too scared to leave my room! The property is a nice place but I was actually relieved to leave after 3 nights due to the other residents.

Please invest some money and redesign the whole apartment please...it shouldn't be on booking.com Maybe b&b but definitely not an apartment I dont even know where to start. I mean, from the beginning, the front door lock has issues and took about 15 minutes to unlock it while standing in the rain... going up the stairs reminded me of the time when I was a teenager going to get weed from junkyard... upstairs, the worst is yet to come... Soon, as you open the door, it feels like you just broke into someone's hidden spot..the bathroom is not big enough to satisfy a kid who just learned to use the loo...shower takes at least 10-15 minute before the hot water get ready... It's not a single penny worth

The property is modern and for the most part clean The street is quiet, close to a main road that takes you into the centre of the city Kitchen cupboards and fridge looked new Bed and pillows comfy Standard kitchen utensils - 1 chopping board, 1 frying pan, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 plates, and 2 sets of cutlery

- The house is based in a residential area, that does not have the best reputation in the city (but this street seemed quiet enough as its on the edge of the estate) - I wasn't given the lockbox detail in time of arrival (couldn't access immediately) The advert states 'no smoking' as you arrive there are many cigarette ends at the doorway and around the property - As I entered the room, the stench of cigarette was overwhelming (guests have clearly been smoking in there, especially in the tiny bathroom - it has that old cigarette smell, that can not be sprayed out) - The bathroom is tiny... smallest I've ever seen, shower is tight and faces the toilet, the sink is above the toilet - The room I had was in the roof (a conversion), so the beams were everywhere, (banged head a few times), very awkward... the positioning of the bed, was not the best but due to the awkward room size and style - There were 2 of us but only one chair, so had to sit on the bed or floor - There was a very noisy guest... day time and night... we spoke to him asking him to keep it down, he was slightly aggressive at first, but soon agreed - There was blood smeared on the inside of the bathroom door (looked fresh... Not Good) - There are no complimentary snacks/water

Excellent communication. Really nice clean property. Great value.
