Lipsa locului de parcare , trebuie parcat afara din complexul rezidential care este destul mare si este ceva de mers pe jos cu bagaje si copii , daca parcati in interiorul complexului chiar pe locurile destinate vizotatorilor vi se vor bloca rotile si trebuie sa platiti 100 de lei deblocarea . Acest lucru trebuia clar scris in anuntul dat , in primele randuri , nu mesaj dat dupa ce a fost achitat fara posibilitate ramburs . Lipsa atentiei la detalii , de la lipsa papucilor de unica folosinta si pusi 3 perechi de papuci de casa folositii de toata lumea , la mucegaiul din dus , si altele
