Had an altercation with Host(Emmnuelle) on the morning of our Departure. Did send a WhatsApp previous day that we'll leave around 04h30 for Cycling Race. HOST called me around 04h55 & informed we were were supposed to call at that time of the morning as per the checkout procedure. We've made it clear that's the 1st time we have come across such wierd request as we have stayed at many Facilities across the WORLD. We AKWAYS treat Facilties with utmost care. We were NOT HAPPY how Emmnuelle came across. Such UNPROFESSIONAL service!!! We will NEVER STAY or Recommend anyone to Costoal COZY. I was about to start my Cycle Race & was QUITE UPSETTING with the her CONDUCT as it dampen my Mood. . PLEASE clean-up the Building Rubble where the Guest cars are parked. TRIPPING HAZARD!!!

This property has a cleanliness problem. The room has spiders and worst of all...... wait for it....... I saw a mouse run across the floor during the evening. I will NEVER stay at this location again.
