"The apartment was fine but the hosts were not solution-oriented"

We booked the apartment with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (as in the advertisement). The 2 single beds could either be together or separated. As our kids (17 and 19 years old) should be sleeping there they wanted to separate the beds and that was fine. Though, there was only 1 blanket and when we contacted the host that we wanted one more blanket, the answer was that this was impossible. We sent messages and called them but the answer was the same. That is not up to standard
