Very friendly and helpful

Friendly Owner who lived right above us and even brought me some self produced olive oil.

The shower was too small and took too long for the hot water, not very good acoustic insulation and could hear the neighbours.

The place has been probably refurbished recently as it looks new. The place was clean and well kept. The location is great, easy to find and close to Cefalu. The fact that it was winter time when we visited there was absolutely no problem with parking along the main road.

There were no remote controls for the heating so it was a bit chilly (in December heating is a must). The walls are thin so any loud neighbours are clearly heard. We also found the policy of taking rubbish with you a bit strange and inconvenient. There were no trash containers outside. This is a self check in (in winter at least) which is fine, but you must have a PayPal to settle the city tax. It was not a problem for us, but someone may have a problem with that.
