The only good thing i can say about this property is the housekeeper who stays there whilst you are there (he sleeps in a tiny hut outside the villa), he is a credit and he is amazing.

This is not a five-bedroom villa, but it is a three-bedroom villa with the third bedroom having a double bed, and a pulled-out sofa bed, which is very unstable and uncomfortable to the point that the family who were due to stay on this bed chose to sleep on the sofas downstairs instead. We were unable to use this third bedroom due to the number of ants in the room, including all over the bed. The air conditioner also only blew out warm air, so the third bedroom was out of use. The shower in the second bedroom would only run boiling water and, therefore, couldn't be used; we could not get cold water to come out of it at all. In the first bedroom, the bathroom lights did not work at all. The pool is filthy, and tiles are coming off. But the best bit - three days into our holiday, one of the plug sockets started to smoke and melted our plugs, the lights upstairs started to flicker on and off, and then the electricity completely went out. The housekeeper then managed to get the agent to come out and look at it. When he opened the electric box, all the wires were burned black, and there was soot at the top of the box. He spent an hour working on the box and got it partially operational for the night. All the lights in the second bedroom did not work after this point. The next day, unannounced, the electrician turned up and turned off all the electricity to the villa for over two hours, including all the air conditioning to the villa, in super hot temperatures, with children. EDIT ON THE VILLAS REPLY - I have not been offered ANY compensation by the villa or booking.com, and can show emails to show this. I have not even heard of the property until they responded to this email! Also, the villa is not as described. Check previous reviews where others have clearly said it has 3 bedrooms!
