"Nice place but not good for remote work"

Excellent positions close to the dunes. Very fast replies from the owner. Clean and quiet flat. Nice, newly acquired furniture. I got an early check in and even a bottle of wine as a welcome present!

The internet connection is not suitable for remote working as it is very unstable. When contacted, the owner did his best to improve it and I was told other guests had never complained about it… I must have been unlucky throughout the whole week I spent there. I eventually resorted to my own mobile connection. The flat is on the ground floor nextdoor to a hairdresser and right next to the main entrance to the building which is not ideal if you want some privacy and leave your front door open to enjoy the breeze. I had some clients to the hairdresser mistaking my entrance for theirs but that was funny 😊 The bedroom window is right on a parking site used by local workers. Also owing to the thin windows you can hear them chitchat early morning when they start their working day.

Private parking, great location. Wine and olives as welcome, very friendly host. Less than 5 min walking to the dunes vista. There is a pool with free pool chairs. The room has a table outside, perfect for breakfast.

The room gets hot and difficult to air, there is a smell coming from the toilet. The pool is very cold, probably more useful in the summer.
