Il punteggio è alto solo per la posizione ma se sì accede alle recensioni nello specifico tutti lamentano la sua assenza e il fatto che il letto sia un divano letto. Ho ovviamente lo screenshot della conversazione penosa con lui. Arriviamo e la culla ( richiesta e approvata) non era presente. Mi dice di guardare dentro lo sgabuzzino quindi era da montare. Giustamente arrivi con la bambina e ti monti la culla. Inoltre le lenzuola per la culla nuove nella confezione senza essere lavate. Ha specificato nel messaggio che non mi aveva detto che sarebbero state lavate. Assurdo
Non puoi fare la doccia uno dopo l'altro perché ha uno scaldabagno piccolo. Quindi devi aspettare due ore. Cose da vacanza proprio! Microonde e scaldabagno insieme saltano. ( Dovevo scaldare il latte per la bambina). Pulizia del bagno lasciamo stare, gli asciugamani colorati e mal odoranti. Attendo di essere contraddetta ma non importa. Lavorerá lo stesso vista la posizione e i turisti stranieri abituati diversamente. La gente di Lucca meravigliosa. Il bar sotto personale gentilissimo.

USThis location is delightful. It’s so interesting to look out the window onto the plaza. Being on Via Fillunga is incredibly convenient. Good people watching!

AUThe location was great but keep in mind theses things: If you are arriving by train it’s 1.2km walk so about 20mins walk. But my husband and I are very fit and the walk was challenging. Uber was €20-30. The aircon was there but stopped working after an hour and not because the water container had to be emptied. You don’t sleep on a bed but on the sofa. The shower is tiny even for someone small like me. Also given it’s an old building there is no elevator so you have to carry your bags two flights of stairs. Ok for one night but would not stay any longer than that.

We had difficulty getting into the apartment. Lack of communication.

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable, cot had no base or mattress and was unusable

The double bed was a sofa bed, so not the most comfortable.
