Open enough sea view.

Bad sewage smell especially in a master bath room. Poor/slow and disconnecting internet. Not all elevators in working condition. Building clearly needing some maintenance all over. Apartment maintenance not done for some time. Apartment was not so clean and beds were not so new. Checking in formula should be sent 24h before check in, but not only few hours before check in .... as a result, the check in at the desk takes frustrating much time. Construction work at the neighbour building making much noise during day time.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable condo. Looking forward to visiting again

We loved our stay here at the LYFE resort in Hollywood, FL - amazing experience! Our family stayed at the oceanfront 2 bedroom residence with a wraparound terrace and absolutely loved it!

The property felt upscale.

The mattress in the master suite could be upgraded.

The elevators and valet takes to long.

The ONLY thing that was positive about this rental unit was the view.

The unit was NOT CLEAN and the furniture, walls, door handles, kitchen, bath and decor were filthy dirty and worn out. The TV in guest room did not work, the oven did not work, coffee maker was missing the inside parts (they did bring us a new coffee maker), the blinds were broken in master bedroom so was hard to sleep (they tried to fix but unsuccessful), the bed was creaking and uncomfortable, minimal amenities, the flooring was coming up and had dirty rugs covering some of it, flooring throughout the unit the floor was a trip hazard for my elderly father, furniture worn out and dirty with food crumbs all over couch and dirty throw pillows. I am happy to provide picture if necessary. Overall very bad experience and would not recommend. I spoke with multiple other families in this building that had equally bad experiences. It appears that one person owns a bunch of rentals in this building and is only interested in collecting rent and not keeping the units updated, clean or in good working order. I wished I could write a better review, but hope that the management company will take note and take action so others are not taken advantage of.
