Hongdae Guesthouse2 1min from Hongik Uni station Exit #1

- Location is great, near train station, bus, food, shopping area, etc. Egg drop stall just 5min walk - Host very nice to allow us to deposit the luggage before check in time and help to move the luggage to our room. - Host very responsive and fast to pass all the our needs, like extra toilet rolls, recycle bags, as and when required. - Have wardrobe and enough shelving to store things - Big dine table and Netflix available. - Detergent and drying rack available for laundry - High ceiling with window - Link to train station - Sufficient bath towel and face towel.

- Bathroom did not have heater, hence after shower very cold esp during winter time. - Have to separate the recycle material, food waste, etc. Not enough bag provide. - Upper level headroom is around 1.5m, when coming down stairs, keep hitting head if not careful. - Heater not strong enough, top floor hot, ground floor cold. - Abit of water leaking on the top window, not sure from where - Can hear foot step walking on above unit - Cold air can seep in from the window.

Location, room is big. Bed is comfortable. Owner is nice, can deposit luggage after Check-out

As all the reviews, the location was amazing. opposite hongdae itself. lots of amenities, shopping and food options around. easy transport, the train exits are all over. easy access to the apartment, need to wait a bit but it's ok. Need to dispose your own trash (good to learn how to sort them to the Korean standards).

The shower needs a good scrubbing to remove the mold and mildew buildup.

The location was very conveniently close to the main Hongdae street. Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. The subway entrance only a few steps away.

The apartment accommodates 6 people however there was only one small drying rack for clothes when we arrived. We purchased two more from Daiso for our stay.

Near to train and bus station. Cheaper train fees from this location to airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us put our luggage at the counter and send it to our rooms upon check in time while we are not around.
