"Very very expensive for facilities that didn’t match the money paid!"

Great location.

Nylon sheets, dog poop on front lawn, poorly kept out door areas including over grown back yard, furniture out door in need of painting.

We loved the location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. the house was modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay there again
