Hyvällä maulla remontoitu asunto kylpyhuonetta lukuunottamatta. Hienosti saatiin vara-avaimet, kun erehdyin jättämään avaimet asuntoon.

Siisteyttä voisi vähän petrata ja huoneiston patterit olisi syytä ilmata, nyt lähellä nollakeliä ulkona asunto oli hieman kolea.
