The barrier worked sometimes and not others

It had working facilities such as fridge, cooker, shower. Aside from that unfortunately we didn’t like anything!!Very poorly maintained, in need of full refurb, unhygienic and dirty.

It was dirty, everything is worn out esp the seating area. The bedding was dirty. The whole place had a dirty feel to it. See pic of bedding below.

Beds very comfortable and clean good wifi

The sofa could have done with a professional clean the table and chairs were very worn. The outside could have done with a tidy up we brushed away cig ends so they didn't get walked in.

It was clean and tidy.. There was plenty to do on site

Caravan needs an up grade Old boiler was a little unnerving

I liked the location not too far from the beach. The convenience of the onside facilities for example swimming pool, shop, clubhouse etc I liked that it had parking. The guy who runs it was very friendly and attentive and helped when we had an issue.

The cleanliness It had been cleaned yes that wasn't the issue. The issue was it absolutely wreeked of years andvyears of stake cigarettes despite the ample and numerous signs up saying not to smoke. That coupled with every single surface had this weird layer of what I can only describe as grease.

Enjoyed our stay & loved how we could make use of two sites & facilities. Static was lovely & perfect for our needs x
