"Lovely property, ideally located for visiting the town or the University."

The room was large and airy and well appointed. The bathroom was modern with a large walk in shower. Everything was spotless. Check in is self service. There was a lovely welcome basket in the bedroom which included a bottle of wine. There is a shared kitchen which was well stocked with drinks, cereal, yoghurt and toast, for a make your own breakfast. Everything is included in the price. The proprietors where extremely helpful.

Parking, despite what the booking.com site says, is actually on-street. This was potentially an issue as one of my party has limited mobility. The owners were super helpful so that we could get a spot near the property so all was good but it's just worth noting if you are expecting to park on site.

"A wonderful, unique property that exceeded all expectations"

Everything! The location or the property was very convenient, the information received prior to visiting told us everything we needed to know, the useful welcome pack gave insight into the building's history and we just kept finding little things that just added to our experience.

Mostly that we had to leave after only one night! There's nothing about the property that we found lacking or below expectations. I think allocated parking would have been amazing, but there were plenty of spaces on the road outside or at the public carpark.

The room was exceptionally roomy. The shower is superb. Loved the independent aces to continental breakfast.

Can’t think of a single thing apart from the slight incline walking up from the beach/town.
