The room and kitchen/dining area had everything one could need. The extra touches like the wine, iron and ironing board were nice

Parking tight in the whole area, not the fault of the property. With it being the drop off weekend at the university town was busy generally

The property was exceptional. Better than any hotel room.

Parking was a pain. There is free parking on the road side but no spaces were available. I had to park on th eyellow lines and hope for the best.

Location is perfect The room is beautiful and the bed is comfy. Special attention to details to make sure we have an enjoyable stay We didnt meet any staff as it was a self check in but communication was really clear and Donna was really nice and accommodating.

Ideally located with only some minutes to walk to promenade and town center. Spacious room with all amenities you can imagine. Even a bottle of red wine was there. The bed was big and comfy, very dark shading curtains, which was perfect as well as the almost soundproof windows. The booking was without breakfast, but the kitchen provided plenty of food and drinks for breakfast. Friendly staff and all very clean.

The information that we need to download an app to enter the house should come with the booking so you can prepare in advance. It arrived only some hours before we came to the house and we din’t have a roaming contract on our mobiles, which meant some extra costs to download the app.

Spotless, everything you need. Luxurious, high end apartment. Great touches such as welcome basket, luxury toiletries.

Nothing not to like.

Beautiful apartment. Very comfortable, modern, and well equipped. Located in a quiet road, and I didn't hear anyone else during my stay. I was fortunate to be upgraded, which was an unexpected and lovely surprise. Really touched to find snacks and items for breakfast in the apartment. I made very good use of these. It's located not far from the railway station, which was great, as I was on foot. Great system for letting yourself into the apartment and staff were extremely helpful beforehand to explain the process.

I can't fault the apartment. The weather was slightly autumnal, which meant I encountered rain and chilliness, but this was the only thing that marred my stay. Nothing to do with the accommodation.

We loved our stay at Town House Number 1. Facilities were spotless. The breakfast supplied was amazing. Would definitely recommend
