The caravan is in a good location on the park, and the park is within driving distance of Skegness and Ingoldmells. Caravan is spacious and has good facilities in it. Good view of the pond outside!

The boiler was broken and we couldn’t find how to fix it. Everything else was perfect!

"Being 4 pensioners ranging from 70-81 we just made the best of it"

Location good

Cleaner kitchen. Utensils had to be washed before use. Thick grease on the splash back above the cooker. Single beds were for children. Double fold up bed very dirty and in the conservatory. Dead plants on the veranda’s which needed a good sweep and clean.

4 berth caravan extremely well maintained clean and cosy well pleased all round duck pond at rear of caravan was very good enjoyed watching them
