Die Terrasse und die Bäder waren sauber und gut.

Es roch in der Wohnung stark nach Kanalisation. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen. Es regnete rein. Die Treppe zum Dachzimmer wackelte. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Die Terrassenmöbel waren defekt.

Gar nichts!!! Nothing!!!

Es war schmutzig . Es war im ganzen apartment nass. Wasser war am boden . Rann über den verteilerkasten. Betten waren nass. Es tropfte von den decken. Aufgewollene möbel. Schimmel!!! Es stack im ganzen apartment. Niemand fühlte sich verantwortlich, keine rückmeldung des vermieters. Trotz key box 40€ nur für schlüsselübergabe!!!

"Nice central place in town and near to the harbour and beach."

Lovely private rooftop garden not shared.

Air com working upstairs but not downstairs. I was advised on arrival, but it should have been fixed or advised before booking. Lights in kitchen not working. The Tv remote couldn't turn down the tv volume, but otherwise, it worked fine.

"Great location"

The location of the apartment is perfect,right in the centre of old town. The roof terrace is what sold it to me and it did not disappoint. It isn't a 5* luxury hotel but it is charming and a good base whilst staying in Alicante.

The drains in the double room shower area were at times unbearable and it travelled through the apartment.
