Ever House - CHUECA-GRAN VIA

It is a beautifully appointed place with all the amenities, in a spectacular location to make it walkable to most site seeing places and right off of Gran Via. The hosts were incredible both with their warm welcome and gifts as well as making sure to answer any questions we had about the property right away.

The staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent, just in the heart of madrid, we could see most of the attractions by walking. It is a very recommended place. For sure we will stay there again

Location was fantastic - most interesting area of the city, with a variety of restaurants, cafe's and shops all around.

The property was excellently furnished. Our hosts even left us a welcome gift including a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolate :)). The location is to die for! It is just a few minutes from the busy Gran Via and there are shops and cafes right outside the main door.

There were no shower curtains, which made the bathroom very messy. But I'm sure this issue can easily be fixed... no big deal.

The apartment was worn and in need of renovation. The toilets and bathrooms in particular showed signs of age.

lovely property, extremely spacious, very clean with nice decor throughout.
