"Expected better"

It looked nice the price

First of all the property is upstairs which was not mentioned, and it was really cold, heater was not working for hours, and the owner came and had to fix the hot water, I think for the price it is okay but everything was really flimsy, and the sink stopped working later the next day, the owner is friendly and is always on hand
