Gatlinburg Chateau Condo 510

La hubicacion excelente .

Que uno de los baños la regadera no me funcionó y que contó con la amabilidad de tener alguna agua obsequiado pero de ahí todo excelente la comunicación con el manager .

We were able to contact the host via phone to let them know our concerns as below. She was able to offer another room for overnight until they got our original one cleaned which was nice but overall we decided not to stay and requested a refund. She worked with Booking.com to secure a quick refund for us.

When we arrived at first glance it seemed cozy and welcoming. Once we started looking around we noted upwards of 20 stink bugs just in the living room area, then started noticing more dead bugs like gnats and flies all around the floors near the baseboard. Then we noticed that there was an area on the floor by the fire place that was molded like something had been spilled and was not cleaned up properly. Overall there is no way that the room was cleaned appropriately prior to our arrival. The beds seemed clean. In the bathroom there was a used roll of toilet paper still on the roll instead of a fresh new one.

Location is OK. Can be a pain in heavy traffic. As with all Gatlinburg, limited parking.

Kitchen should be better stocked. Should have a started pack of paper towels, ect.

The property was in a good location. Parking was scarce. Atmosphere was friendly.

The cleanliness could’ve been better.

It is extremely cozy and in the perfect location

It’s a tad outdated, but I felt like I was staying in my grandma’s house, so it was very pleasant and cozy.

Although the unit isn't in the heart of town it was walkable.

510 was not clean. Garbage on the rug in the living room and bedroom. We expected to cook, but didn't because the pans were so old and scratched. The utensils and pans need to be replaced. The entire unit needs updating.

Location was good. It had 2 bedrooms.

It was a little out dated.
