Everything was perfect

Weber grill was not cleaned properly

Location was great for why we rented it in the first place...

The draconion rules was simply a put-off to start, but can be understood. It is a pity that the resort changes the rules to suit them as they see fit. We were supposed to check the inventory in the house - which took us the better part of 1.5 hours - and then had to submit the papers before 10H00 the next day. We went to submit it the same day of arrival, but was then told to leave it in the house. When we wanted to submit it to security on the day we were leaving, we were once again informed to simply leave it in the house! Started getting the vibe that nobody wanted to accept responsibility for the things that were not in the house or were simply broken! The furniture is extremely tired and created a very bad image, tv in the main bedroom had no remote and could not be used, etc etc. Not worth the money to say the least!!

I liked everything about the property. It had all the necessities in the house. The house was clean and neat. The location was perfect.

The second bathroom door was squeaky, and it needs fixing cause it irritates when in use.

The place was amazing well equipped quiet and peaceful, and security was good

The black lady at reception needs customer service training. She was not friendly, and the main shower needs a door

There was no breakfast served at the estate We picked up the key from reception. Everything was clear and the staff and cleaners were very polite and professional.

We loved the scenery, cleanliness and clear instructions. We also loved the safety factor and the access to the beach, rivine and pools on the property.
