"We were charmed by Trapani."

Location was in good walking distance to historical centre, parking stall available, helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Shower stall a little tight.

"Terrible experience as property rang on morning of arrival saying they did not have a room."

Received a phone call from the property on the morning of the day we were going to stay and told the owner had made a mistake with dates and overbooked, there was no room available as he had booked us for the next night.He offered to find us accommodation elsewhere . This totally spoilt the last day of our holiday trying to find anything we would consider suitable.as there was so little available.We eventually found something which was a total disappointment to say the least. I had spent hours weeks ago looking for something that matched our needs and choose this property. It was the last of 7 stays and all other bookings went as planned. As I had booked weeks ago and also been in touch more recently asking how far away parking was etc it was even more annoying. , frustrating and highly disappointing to say the least.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for our visit, and our hostess was very helpful in mapping out our visit. The arrangement of the rooms and breakfast made it easy to meet fellow travelers and make new friends.

Very small shower. If you are larger or tall you will have a very hard time showering

"not my favourite place"

the mother that helped us check in

parking arrangement is horrible...they asked us to follow another car to bring to the separated parking place which impossible with such a bust traffic. we ended losing the car and just decided to bring the car to a garage that cost extra 20 euros. early in the morning, another guest where having a big drama, not fault of the place, but if you are light sleeper or even deep sleeper, noisy neighbours will be an issue.

"Very good"

Great staff, lovely room which was exceptionally clean breakfast was perfect. Location very close to ferry's to go out to the islands. Good free parking close to accommodation. Double glazing kept road noise out.

Aircon not super quiet and bed was a bit hard.
