Location was very good

Outside furniture needs a little tlc

Barmouth 209 was amazingly clean and deceptively spacious. Has everything you need for a short or long stay except tea towels! I forgot to pack one! The living kitchen area is a lovely space to be as a family. The location is brilliant- hills to the back and a few mins walk to the beach. The onsite shop had a big variety of stock at reasonable prices. We enjoyed fish and chips from the on site chippy too!

The 2nd bedroom with smaller beds is a tad on the small side but ok for small children. The master bedroom is a good size as is the other room with 2 single beds. The TV signal and Internet signal can be a bit iffy but we didn't really use it much.

Everything I needed for SC this van has.. it was mins to the beach witch was brilliant for me as I was on crutches from my knee operation. So we had the sea one side and the hills the other side . We were that pleased with it, the first day we were there, we were rebooking another stay for sept . The site is close to the railway and close to Barmouth.

I had a smile on my face from getting there , untill I left.. so there there was nothing I didn't like , well other than the weather.

Great position with decking overlooking fields and hills and a 3 minute walk to the beach

We stayed as a family two adults and a child and had a lovely two night stay for my partners birthday, our two year old really loved the basket of toys left behind. Property is lovely and clean and the location is absolutely superb, right on the beach which is spectacular and has amazing views of Barmouth bay, would highly recommend

A fantastic caravan in a great position, amazing views over towards the mountains and not over looked by other caravans. Our little boys loved the holiday and were so impressed that there were toys there to play with. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept well and we had a lovely holiday together.
