"Viaje en familia"

La ubicación está en todo el centro de la laguna. El piso es grande. Aunque necesita reformas.

El piso no está aislado, por las ventanas entra frío, ruido y agua. Hay mucha humedad. Sólo había 2 calefactores y uno no funcionaba bien. No hay suficientes enchufes. La limpieza es un poco justa. El baño es peligroso con una bañera con escalones. La lavadora suelta toda el agua por el sumidero y se inunda el baño.

Buena ubicación, bien equipado y todo limpio. Muy recomendable.

A la hora de salir, la puerta del apartamento no pudimos cerrarla (trancar) y generaba dudas respecto a la seguridad , el resto todo muy bien.

"Apartamento sucio"

- La ubicación. Está detrás de la iglesia de La Concepción. Bastante céntrico. - Es amplio: habitaciones, salón, cocina y baño amplios.

-Estaba muy sucio: mantel manchado y con restos de migas, mesa cocina sucia, encimera sucia, la cocina estaba de pena y el resto de habitaciones con polvo, suelos sin aspirar y papelera del baño sin vaciar. Lo comunique, me pidieron fotos y vino una persona a limpiar. No entiendo cómo puede estar tan sucia la casa cuando tienes que dejar el apartamento a las 11:00 y no puedes entrar hasta las 16:00 horas. Y si quieres entrar antes te piden que abones 20 euros. - La cocina tiene poquísima luz, las lamparas debajo de los muebles no funcionan. - No funciona el telefonillo - Ruido por la noche en la calle. - Es un primer piso y hay que subir escaleras. Para nosotros no fue mayor inconveniente. Lo digo para que lo tengan en cuenta las personas con dificultades. - Te atienden por wassap.

Un alojamiento bien situado en La Laguna. Contaba con todo lo necesario y para su precio no se puede pedir más. Repetiría. Ideal para familias/ grupos
