The property was in a great place for exploring the beaches around Newquay, quick drives to some of the spectacular spots like Crantock. Walkable to Porth Beach. Excellent spot for seeing the sunsets. The hosts, Lee and Nic were top-tier, and responded quickly to a few queries we had. The accommodation felt very modern and worked really well for our family of four. Would absolutely stay again here.

The sofa could have been a bit more comfortable, a very minor complaint.

Excellent location and very clean accommodation, well equipped kitchen.

It is not complain just observation, we couldn't get fresh air in downstairs bedroom as window handle was loose and window impossible to open.
