"A noisy neighbor ruined it"

Decent location. Decently priced. Basic breakfast supplies provided. Good clear communication..

Beds rather small and 1 bed extremely soft. Neighbor had a few over and was drinking and partying till after midnight which made the stay unpleasant. We suggest updating some furniture and painting so there's less "going on" in the house.

Very comfortable motel with breakfast goods well above what was expected. Stayed 3 nights. Wow, couldn't be surpassed

This property is amazing, I wish we could have stayed more days! You step in and feel right at home. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, the kitchen well equipped, everything is clean and tidy and spacious. We really appreciated the breakfast stuff in the kitchen!:) The bathtub is a huge plus, I'm so sad I didn't have time to enjoy it...

"Top notch ,, highly recommended"

Just excellent,,been travelling around NZ for almost two months and this was on top of all places.Can highly recommend it. We travel with two motorcycles and arrived in heavy rain,, was Advised to park inside the garage, then Dean informed US about the Free christmas lunch at the community centre,,was so warmhearted and friendly welcomed… B&B on Hoffman and Hokatika really shower hospitality .

Maybe a bit outside city centre,, depending on your prefrences

It is a quiet, warm and beautiful house with big space living room and fire place that you can feel warm with family. Glad to live here.

The color of bedclothes was well designed, but seemed not new.

Cosy home away from home. Loved the little touches; juice, milk, bread etc in the fridge, fire place ready to go. Great location, clean and comfortable.
