Super netter Gastgeber. Toll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine. Geräumiges Appartement, sehr zentral gelegen. Alles sauber, haben uns wohlgefühlt :)

Muy buen trato con el propietario, simpático, amable, muy atento. Respuestas rápidas y ayuda en facilitar la estancia. En mi caso, dejando alargar el check-out sin coste ni problemas.

Appartement superbe, mieux que sur les photos. Très propre, tout équipement nécessaire est à disposition. Salle de bain très confortable. Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement super, pas loin du centre, quartier résidentiel agréable.

Seul bémol : on a dû payer une taxe de 25 euros pour arrivée après 22h30 (50 euros pour arrivée après minuit), alors que ce n'était pas écrit dans l'annonce initiale.

We met our host at the apartment and it was all really clean and easy to check in. We got tips for restaurants which were really good and the neighbourhood is great for walking around and transport links were really close.

ロケーションがとても良かったです．お部屋も清潔で，また，クッキングから洗濯まで，色んなものが揃っていました．海外では，食費がかさみますが，ここで料理すれば安くあがりますし，また，洗濯もできて，とてもよかったです．

特に無いです．エレベーターが古いので，やや，ドキドキでしたが，まぁ，これも海外旅行の醍醐味かもしれません（笑）

Location was very good. Not touristy, which we liked. There were a few supermarkets and a couple of nice bars/restaurants nearby. Close to public transport. Facilities in apartment were all very good. Air conditioning was essential as we were there in a heatwave, and having a washing machine was very useful. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was very well-equipped if we had wanted to.

There is no outside space such as a balcony, but we knew that when we booked.

Honestly, one of the best apartments I have stayed recently. Extremely clean, well equipped and greatly located.

The property was beautifully clean and a self contained apartment if that is what you are looking for

There were two major issues for me that did impact on the experience…..firstly, the build of the apartment on both the external and internal walls is poor the result of which a lot of noise. The second, which is much more fixable is that bed mattress is too hard and lumpy….just a cheap mattress and being that this is the central point of the stay was disappointing ….same goes for the bedding

A Great place to stay. Recommend! Owner was waiting for us upon arrival!-to give us the key and show flat. close to metro and train station. bus stops. close to airport. on the departure we could not use the metro so we had to use a taxi. it was great that airport was not far so taxi ride was not expensive. kitchen was ok for our needs. Flat was spotlessly clean! grocery shops just across the road. There was tv but not important since we were more out than inside! local restaurants had local food at a reasonable prices. people whatever age, on the street are helpful even though many do not know English.!!

the shower drain..the water drained but water returned back ! if you do not like a.c. no alternative electric heater like a fan heater! may be we could have asked.. but our stay was short and it was not cold during our stay. for common flat door there was a code. Recommend to do same with door of flat ! so avoiding key care and if we wanted to go to different places we had no access since we had one key. so key code would be excellent.
