Everything is a bit run down Mop bucket with no mop? Things were dusty Tidy, but not clean Bins were completely full Showers didn’t work properly Tried to refuse our service dog the day before even though booking.com have said service dogs cannot be refused from any properties they advertise. Didn’t actually let us know we could come until the day of.

The hot water didn't work for the 3 days we was in the property, didn't really complain cause it was a hit weekend but only for my kids

Location was convenient for our activities.

This location has only beds and beds and they are very small in size and they expect two adults to sleep on those small beds which was a miserable part of our stay. You can only use beds according to number of people and not allowed to use any extra bed to accommodate big adults (so 2 adults on those tiny beds?? and if you need to use an extra bed because 2 adults can’t fit, YOU MUST PAY for this bed that is already in your room). BY THE WAY, we were never told about this restriction at the time of booking. We also requested for fans beforehand (which they agreed with), but the house didn’t have them when we arrived. Only on the 2nd day did they drop off fans… which were tiny toy fans! Washroom mirrors are very tiny that you can’t see your face properly (and these are THE ONLY mirrors in the whole house apart from one hidden one in the living room), and there are no hooks or any other spot to put towels and clothes in washrooms. In fact in one washroom there was no sliding door for the tub! The house has no closets, no dressers, no movable space in the bedrooms. The stairs are very narrow and have many nails poking out (we had to wear shoes the whole time to protect our feet). If you have luggage with you, good luck finding a place to keep it or even getting it up the stairs to your room!

Not that i did not like but the pillow cushion gave me so much allergy ? Dust but its just a feedback.

Hosts v communicative. Key system easy. Good quiet location. A helpful space for us all. Water pressure decent. Garden space a bonus. It was what we needed to keep us all together. Wifi was great.

Bedroom tvs were slow and buffered all the time so couldn’t use. Not enough fans in rooms for summer - it was so unbelievably hot and the fans we did find weren’t clean (covered in dust). The house needs a good lick of paint and some serious touch ups and the garden was overgrown so difficult to use. No information re bins that we could find so didn’t know what to do with rubbish.

The property was in a great location with good neighbours. It’s actually bigger than we thought it would be.

There were a lot of things broken in the property. Sofa leg & armchair leg broken. Plug sockets broken and shower heads broken. The fridge was really bad and never got cold which meant our food went off before we had a chance to eat it. Same for the freezer where some items would freeze but others wouldn’t. The Netflix in the rooms didn’t work and the WIFI was extremely poor. We had to hotspot

House is very close to the Canal, in an extremely nice area. The rooms are all reasonably sized, the garden is perfect especially during the warmer weather. Short walk to the local shop as well as a few other larger shops.

Good location. Driveway for parking. Clean and well equipped. Large rooms.
