"Great family holiday & strategic location"

Nice apartment with big terrace and the pool was a great option for kids. The location is also perfect and quite strategic to move to key places. The host has been great, helping us with suggestions and making our vacation very enjoable.

There are a couple of apartments and, if unlucky, your stay can be influenced by the neighbours.

"Fantastic stay with pool near the beach."

Xenia garden was perfect for us . The highlight was definitely the pool ( kids 7 and 11) used it every day . We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of June and we enjoyed the barbecue area as well as being 5 minutes walk away from the beach. There was no lido on the beach when we went but it was the beginning of the season and all stores and local market 5 minutes driving. The house wad simple and super clean. You have a private terrace area too and parking with closed gates. Paolo was welcoming and ready to help us wherever we needed. We would definitely go back when visiting Sicily. Thank you Paolo
