Sapa Heaven - Sapa Jade Hill

It is a peaceful heaven where you can spend quality time with your family and friends. Away from noise and distractions. This property is so well managed inside and outside. You can even enjoy coffee in swing and table outside the 🏠 with natural view of Fansi pan hill and an agricultural valley. Owner and staff is really helpful to get your admin sorted as soon as possible. Thank you 🙏 all. See you again.

Very respsonive host. Helped make suggestions and help book at taxi driver the whole time etc. The location is spectacular. Very quaint property overlooking the valley. Amazing views and very spacious. Loved it.

It was freezing in there Door didn't close properly so gaps made it worse Not enough dishes to cook and drink Bit dark, prefer more lighting

It is a beautiful place even if it is a bit far from the city center (which we knew). The well appointed villa was overlooking a valley with a view of Fansipan, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms could even be heated!

We did not get the room we booked. The ‘receptionist’ who was coordinating with us was not there, nor was she answering our calls. It took a couple of hours to sort everything out. The cleaning staff were nice though. Also, the ‘receptionist’ told us to go to a coffee place which was basically a tourist trap (so don’t depend on her for recommendations). They do not accept credit card payments so prepare cash.

Location for the view

Not suitable for mobility challenged people. It was not clear that the accommodation was separate from the bigger complex so we were unable to use the restaurant and other facilities.
