Loved the location and the apartment. Great balcony overlooking a park square.

Access was very difficult. Poor information to get in and find the car park a map/ clear instructions or greeted in person really would have made the difference, no wine glasses, water blocking up in showers, terrestrial TV did not seem to work

Very spacious! Nice location - literally opposite to the train station! Nice neighborhood! Very convenient - close to Sainsbury’s and M&S and some other nice breakfast places! Loving the fact that they have got cooking appliances, dish washer and washing machine! Smooth check-in!

The bathtub did not drain fast enough.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the centre and site see and the walk with luggage to the station was short, yet you cannot hear the station.

There wasn’t any hand tails in the bathrooms, which would have been nice. The bath towels were very nice though.

Host was fantastic in providing information on how to access property, parking and keys, even sending videos. Flat was very very good, comfortable and very spacious with two bedrooms and a large kitchen/lounge/diner, maning we also had room to chill during breakfast or after a day out. The kitchen is well equipped, if needed. There are two spacious bathrooms (one en suite and one separate) with plenty of room to leave one's toiletries (although they were also provided) and the showers were very good too. There is also a nice balcony with an extra table and chairs, although the weather was not so good so we did not really use it. The flat was also very quiet, and literally two minutes from the station, for those who need it. The flat is really great and the only comment we have is that perhaps it could benefit from just some very minor cosmetic touch-ups (very minor wear and tear) to do it its absolute justice.
