"Perfect for what we needed!"

Perfect for what we needed the house for. Great location close to Tyn Dwr Hall and the centre of Llangollen. Great space and amenities.

There were no blinds in the downstairs bedroom- just sheer curtains which meant a fairly unpleasant stay for the occupants of that bedroom. Just something to be aware of when booking.

Fab location, lovely house, lovely touches like toiletries provided

The garden needs a little clean up ready for nicer weather. wouldnt say this was a huge problem as we still used garden

Richard was amazing with us from booking onwards. Adjusted where he could to ensure we had the best stay possible. The house was lovely and warm and all the beds very comfy. The bathrooms were filled with toiletries which was a lovely touch. Did leave a recommendation in the comment book and Richard acknowledged it immediately. Will definitely be going back for a weekend away again soon.

Nothing major just a suggestion - needs a new kettle
