Apartment was very cozy, clean and home-like (not just another generic airbnb place) Price is ok, and hosts are wonderful - friendly, flexible and available all the time.

Having parking lot included would be a bonus

This apartment is an absolute gem! The cozy atmosphere, coupled with the added bonus of two balconies, makes it the perfect retreat for families of 3 or 4. Apartment is in a modern building in an old part of town and the location is great, and just a 5-10min walk to the city center. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the entire booking process a breeze. Their hospitality was truly top-notch. The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long-term stays. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Belgrade. This one is definitely on my list for my next visit.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful “Nice and Bright” apartment in the heart of Belgrade, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Djordje, the host, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He even offered to pick me and my daughter up from the airport free of charge—a service you don’t usually get with most apartments. This gesture was especially helpful since we arrived very late due to a flight delay, and the stores were closed. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine for me, and my daughter was thrilled to find snacks and cookies waiting for her. The apartment was not only spotless but also fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries. To our surprise, there was even an extra toothbrush, which we forgot to pack—a small but incredibly thoughtful touch. Djordje was also extremely accommodating with our check-out, allowing us to stay longer because we had a lot of luggage and our departure time was several hours after the standard check-out time. His flexibility and understanding made all the difference. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, sunny, and very quiet despite being in the heart of bustling Dorćol. It truly lives up to its name! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Skadarlija, Knez Mihailova, and Kalemegdan, making it the perfect base for exploring Belgrade’s rich history and vibrant community. The two charming little terraces were a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Overall, this apartment provided everything we could possibly need and more. If you want to immerse yourself in the true spirit of Belgrade and enjoy top-tier hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Djordje, for making our trip so memorable!

The apartment is located almost in the city center of Belgrade (Dorchol district) in the modern building. There are a lot of caffès and shops nearby. Parking is available on the street and it is quite easy to find a place. The district is quiet and nice. As for the apartment itself, it is incredibly cosy and comfortable. It fells like home - good bed, a lot of lights, super nice terrace with chairs. You will have everything you need (and even more) - dishes, towels, napkins and even snacks:) moreover, the apartment is very clean. And a few words about the host: George is amazing! Super friendly and nice - he was always in touch, recommended us a lot of interesting places, helped with the car parking and even brought some toys for the kid. We will definitely stay here next time!

Very good location. city centre (I defined it as Rajićeva shopping centre and my tennis court) is within walking distance. You can reach all the main tourist spots within 30mins ngl. My fav is the terrace connecting bedroom. It’s such a vibe especially in good weather. You can do nothing but chill in the apartment. The host was super friendly and helpful tbh for guiding me to the city even took me a ride from the airport. All the facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, worked well, so compared to hotels i can do laundry easier when i was doing intensive sport every day.

For hygiene considerations they don’t provide slippers, so you d better bring your owns. It’s a lil bit noisy in the bedroom from neighbours but tolerable. Actually I love everything about the place:)))
