The sofa bed was broken, stained and could not be used, no where for children to sleep, could not stay so had to leave and stay elsewhere, host is a scammer as accused us of breaking abd staining sofa bed even though we was only in the apartment 30 minutes.

We specifically said we needed the fold down sofa and asked for it to me made prior to arrival. This was not done. As we went to fold down the sofa bed we saw the mattress had multiple large stains on it and slats were broken (see photos). It was clearly not fit for purpose. We walked in, saw the sofa bed issue and walked straight back out. For slightly more we stayed in a 4 star hotel across the road. The owner was quite unhelpful, initially replying in English but then after a complaint only Spanish. In short she said we couldn't have a refund as the main bed slept 2. I am good friends with my travelling companion but we do not share a bed.

The bed was super comfortable and the flat had everything we needed.

Not able to control the air conditioning- room way too hot to sleep at night. Didn’t get much sleep each night due to this. Iron didn’t work, hair dryer not the best, there is a free standing fan in a cupboard to use but blocked by a wardrobe so couldn’t even get it out to use, small ant problem in the bedroom, though a bit of spray will sort that out.

I stayed last night, I don't recommend it because this small flat needs to be completely renovated, the bedroom is very small, the bed is small and very low and the mattress creaks very hard when you move in bed, if you are a taller person you reach the door with your feet if it is open and in the kitchen there is a very low armchair and when you sit in it you can hear the neighbors upstairs, the walls in the kitchen are cracked, and on the ground floor it smells of mold, in the bedroom the walls are all dirty and full of dirt, I saw a small insect crawling on the floor in the kitchen the location is perfect but the facilities are 0 not even soap to wash your hands and there .
