Great location, close to most city attractions - parks, shopping mall, restaurants, markets. Right in the center of the city. Easy to find a free parking place. Great view from the panoramic window. Enough space, except in the bedroom. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Small details could be better - no blackout curtains in the bedroom, no nightstands, missing hangers for towels in the bathroom. Boiler is only sufficient for one guest to take a shower comfortably. Cheap kitchenware, no coffee machine.

Space of the apartment.

Some electric outlets require maintenance, electric outlet in the bathroom above sink is not as per code (IP44) and other in the apartment don’t work or are not attached properly. For me as an adult this is not a problem, but it’s dangerous for a kid. Since the apparent admits kids as well, a safety inspection would be strongly recommended.

Great option! The apartment manager is very nice. It was easy to coordinate convenient check-in and check-out times. The apartment is clean, bright, spacious, and warm. It fully corresponds to the photo. There are lots of outlets in convenient places and good Wi-Fi. There are cooking appliances, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an air conditioner for cooling and heating, and two TVs. The owner took care of the availability of such small things as disposable slippers, dishwashing detergent, kitchen paper towels, disposable cups, gel for washing clothes, toilet paper and a water filter. The location is also wonderful! Nearby there are public transport stops, a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and a currency exchange. Just 5 minutes walk to the shopping center and city center. The apartment was quiet, the neighbors could not be heard. The bed has a medium-hard mattress and comfortable pillows. It was easy to fall asleep. Great shower and spacious bathroom. Of the many options presented on Booking at a similar price, this is the best. I had my doubts due to the lack of reviews and I'm glad I chose this one.
