"Worst hotel experience ever"

There was nothing to like. The toilet seat was broken, roaches in the bed and room. The laminate wood on the walls were coming off they put cello tape to hold it in place. No hot water. Semen stains on the curtains. Dirty pillow covers and sheets.

I booked a de luxe room - listed on booking.com as 23 square metres with a view. I got a room with no window, about 15 sq.metres. After 12 hours on buses,too knackered to argue.
