SUN OF THE BAY

Appartement vraiment au TOP. Communication très bien, appartement très bien, vue très belle, situation à 50 m de la plage, on peut se garer très facilement (octobre). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir :)

Location is amazing. Right next to the beach but just back far enough so you still have privacy. We had a few requests and Joana the host was very accomodating every time. There is a supermarket and a lovely cafe/dehli right across the road on the other side.

Прекрасное распололожение. Вид из патио - просто супер! Хозяйка апартамента, Иоанна, милейший человек. Помогала и подсказывала по всем вопросам. Непременно приедем снова.

Komfortable Wohnung mit traumhafter und ruhiger Lage. Vom großen und schattigen Balkon blickt man auf das Meer. Zwischen Haus und Garten liegen Pinien, sodass der Strandbetrieb nicht stört. Im Garten stehen Liegestühle zur Verfügung und schattige Plätze, es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Es stehen Waschmaschinen und viel Spielsachen zur Verfügung. Bei Anliegen kümmert sich sofort die Vermieterin um eine Lösung.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

Johana die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit, nimmt sich die Zeit für die Übergabe und gibt auch viele Tipps zur Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist sensationell. Strand vor der Tür und Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der der Nähe.

Fällt uns nichts ein.

Garden, access to the beach, swimming and toys tools

Location, location, location (just like in those house-hunting TV commercials). The proximity to the beach from this house is incredible—you can literally walk out of the garden and step right onto the beach and into the sea. Another highlight of this rental apartment is the terrace with a stunning sea view, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. We also chose this apartment because it has two bathrooms, which is something we didn’t find in many other rentals around the island. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and in the shared, large garage on the ground floor, there are several washing machines available for use. If you have a rental car, you can park for free right near the house, on the street, which is a big plus. Also, communication with the host was excellent and the self-check in was extremely easy.

The apartments particularly the bedrooms, are smaller than they appear in the pictures, but they're adequate for sleeping, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your holiday exploring rather than indoors. Do note, however, that only the living room and one of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (so not all the rooms will have individual air con units).
